  concrete tilt-up bearing/shear walls and panelized wood roof. Office floors
  were framed with manufactured wood joists. The shop included steel moment and
  braced frames to support crane runway.

  Provided the structural design of one-story exhibit hall. The structural
  system consisted of six-foot post tensioned concrete waffle slab system
  supported by a grid of five-foot columns spaced on ninety-foot centers, or by
  perimeter concrete shear walls; thickened spread footings with twenty-four
  inch mat foundation located seventeen feet below design ground water
  elevation.
